Norbert Orlewicz Shares His MLM Success Story Part 1

Norbert Orlewicz is one of those network marketing leaders that appears everywhere. He appears to have taken over so many videos it's almost as if he is either omnipresent or has a million accounts. Regardless, Norbert is a widely recognized leader within the network marketing industry and particularly known as a co-founder of MLM Lead System Pro. He is credited with being a co-founder of the largest attraction marketing system on the internet. Many times, however, people don't know the story behind the man and it's his story that truly makes his success that much more meaningful. I recently had the privilege to meet Norbert Orlewicz and hear him speak about his journey through network marketing. It is incredibly important to recognize that every leader has had his or her obstacles and that we cannot elevate them to the status of elite and untouchable. Every leader has a story and that story may relate to you somehow; whether it inspires or discourages you is solely up to you. Norbert Orlewicz is originally from Poland. As a young boy, his parents decided that they would move away from the communist ruled country. His family ended up settling in Canada with one suitcase and one hundred dollars. His father worked in a factory for about twenty-five years after many other professions and was an incredibly motivating factor in Norbert's work ethic. Norbert was introduced to the network marketing industry at the age of nineteen and doesn't even remember how he got prospected. However, he does remember pictures of dreams and ferraris being illustrated at the company meeting. Previously, he had no such dreams because there was no one successful in his life to paint that kind of portrait. Later, He ended up leaving the company to pursue acting school. In his twenties, Norbert bounced from job to job with his wife and started living off of credit cards. By some stroke of luck, he was able to land a mortgage and flip houses and pay off credit cards. Norbert's old company upline contacted him years later to get him involved in network marketing again. He claims to be extremely introvert and not a very good marketer yet he could close sales and give presentations. The only problem Norbert had was having enough people to talk to which he calls lead poverty. His upline ended up giving him a list of cold leads that were actually recycled and Norbert was unable to get a decent amount of sign ups. I personally cheer for the under dog in any competition. It's always amusing and inspiring for me to see people overcome incredible setbacks and still find a way to triumph over the odds. Most entrepreneurs are considered under dogs in the beginning. Entrepreneurs are the people who create an anomaly in the system and create disturbance in the corporate system. You are an entrepreneur. You are a visionary, paradigm thinker, and a trail blazer. How many setbacks are you willing to overcome to make it big in the industry? Remember, Norbert Orlewicz is just a regular person; the only difference is that he made a decision to change his circumstances and actually followed through.
